Reindeer milking in the forest, Mutkavarre (Eidfjell), Sør-Varanger, before 1900. The woman is the enare saami (lapp) Marit, daughter of Hendo-Antis, the boy is kven from Sør-Varanger. This motive is nr. 16 in the slide show "I lappernes land - Sør-Varanger" (In the land of the lapps - Sør-Varanger), published in Nerliens slide show, series 113.
